Returns
We accept returns for refunds or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 7 days

Proof of postage/tracking must be provided

Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging

All tags must still be attached

Items must not contain any marks, stains, odours, makeup, or damage
Once your return has been sent, please email your tracking number and order details to:
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 working days for refunds to appear in your account depending on your bank provider.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Faulty Items
We sincerely apologise if you receive a faulty item.
